The singer and composer Célia Kameni is considered one of France’s most distinctive vocalists. A stellar performer, Kameni shines just as brightly in the realm of jazz as she does in soul and pop, collaborating with the symphonic orchestra Geneva Camerata, French-Israeli singer Yael Naim, and the Neapolitan duo Nu Genea among others.

In 2023, Célia Kameni started her solo project through which she expresses the full range of her creative experiences. Citing the likes of Joni Mitchell and Moses Sumney as influences, she blends elements of contemporary soul, folk and ambient into a style that fuses improvisation, poetry, and deep vibrations.

Célia Kameni's debut EP Meduse was released to critical acclaim in August 2026. She was awarded the "Best vocalist" prize at the 2025 Victoires du Jazz and has been performing in major festivals and venues in France. Her latest single "Best Cards" was co-produced by Claire days and Elie Zylberman.
